
Ocado started delivering M&S food yesterday but suffered some teething issues on debut.
The company had to make a “small number of cancellations” on its first day of active delivery due to a “surge in demand”.
Shoppers took to Twitter to voice their discontent, saying Ocado had cancelled their order within hours of delivery weeks after booking.
Some added they couldn’t find another available slot before weeks ahead, and others complained of high numbers of substituted products.
